Delivery Information
Order before 3.00pm, Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. All items are in stock. You will receive an automated email from our warehouse once your order has been dispatched.
We offer free postage and package on all orders. We can not guarantee delivery times - however most of our items are received within 1 or 2 days in the UK and within a week for Europe. Once an item has been dispatched we are both in the hands of the Post Office, who sometimes can be very slow. If you want a guaranteed delivery date we offer Next Day Delivery in the UK from £5.00.
If you have chosen Free Delivery and your item haven't arrived within 14 days, please contact us via email and we will send out a replacement straight away. From time to time the Royal Mail can lose items. This is as frustrating for us as it is for you. Due to Royal Mail's Lost Post Policy we can only send out replacements for lost items after 14 days.

Royal Mail 1st Class Standard - FREE
Usually takes 1 to 2 days but not guaranteed.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day - £5.90
Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery. If you order on a Friday it is only guaranteed to arrive on Monday. This will require your signature on arrival.
Europe & EU Delivery
Royal Mail Airmail - FREE
Usually takes 2 to 5 days, but not guaranteed. You will not get a tracking number for this service.
Royal Mail Airsure - £5.00
Usually takes 2 to 5 days, but not guaranteed. Use Airsure for peace of mind. You will be given a tracking number so you can track you parcel online. You will need to sign for the item on arrival.
Rest of the World Delivery
Royal Mail Airmail - FREE
Usually takes 3 to 10 days, but not guaranteed. You will not get a tracking number for this service.

Returns, Refunds and Warranty
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all products sold. If you would like a refund or to return your item, please email us first so we can quickly and efficiently deal with your request.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we can either replace it or issue a full refund immediately. Please contract us via email first to organise the return.
Returns, changed your mind or exchange
If you decided you want to return your item, have changed your mind or want to exchange your item, the tiem needs to be unopened and in the original packaging to receive a full refund. Once we have shipped your order the cost of the delivery is not refundable. (Usually £1.50.) If the item has been opened we will charge a 25% restock fee as the item is no longer saleable.
All items must be returned within 7 days to receive a refund.
